Wood plastic composite decking floor is a new flooring material that has both the characteristics of wood and the performance of plastic, with very good anticorrosion properties, so it is suitable for use in more humid places. WPC composite decking flooring is also often used in garden scenic spots, pavilions, trestles and so on. So how to install WPC decking boards?
1. Prepare the accessories needed for construction: plastic wood composite flooring, keel, clips, expansion screws.
2. WPC composite decking products can be cut, sawn, drilled, and mortised using ordinary woodworking machinery.
3. Use expansion screws to fix the WPC keel on the floor. Expansion screws fixing points are spaced 500mm-600mm apart, and the screw caps are below the surface of the WPC keel. WPC keel fixing needs to be done to make the overall floor more horizontal.
4. Plastic wood composite flooring and plastic wood composite flooring between the use of self-tapping screws fastening should be preceded by the introduction of holes, that is, pre-drilled holes. The diameter of the pre-drilled holes should be less than 3/4 of the screw diameter.
5. When installing outdoor wood plastic composite flooring, the WPC decking board needs to be fixed with one screw on the left and one on the right between the floor and each keel.
6. Wood plastic composite decking flooring and keel of the intersection point are used to connect the WPC decking flooring and keel fixed with plastic clips.
