Wood plastic composite decorative material is a new type of environmentally friendly decorative material made of wood fibers or plant fibers as reinforcing materials, synthetic resins, thermoplastic elastomers ( TPE ) and other substrates, and adding appropriate amounts of ultraviolet ray protection agents, flame retardants and other additives.
1. The wood used in wood-plastic products belongs to natural organic polymer compounds.
2. Resins are polymer compounds containing phenol bonds - one of the most basic substances in chemical raw materials.
3. Thermoplastic elastomer is a polymer with elasticity made of polyester and rubber - one of the main varieties of plastics. At present, China's production of plastic wood flooring main raw materials for PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PEVA (density less than 0.9g/cm³).
