Notes on the installation of WPC decking boards
The floor need be treated before installation
Before installing wood plastic composite decking outdoor flooring, be sure to do a good job of treating the floor. If it is a concrete floor, ensure the finish is smooth and leave it to dry before laying the floor. And there should be no impurities around it, as this will also affect the flatness of the installed floor.
Leave the right amount of space
In the wood plastic composite decking floors splicing process, must be properly reserved for a certain gap, especially in some of the more humid environment, or give due consideration to the possible expansion of the problem. Generally to set aside at least 1 cm gap position, and in the installation of the keel to calculate the position of each piece of flooring installation, so that the later use is also guaranteed.
Guaranteed fixing
When installing outdoor WPC flooring, the staff can roughly judge the position of the different screws, not too dense, but also to ensure that the WPC composite flooring can be installed on the keel in a stable manner. Be sure to ensure that the fixing is guaranteed, you can use the drill guide holes first, so that it is also easier to screw the nails in later, and the firm effect is also better.
